# Following

> Follow other Bible students to see their public studies, reading plans, quick reflections, and audio playlists in your feed.

Follow other Seed Scroll users to see their public studies, reading plans, quick reflections, and audio playlists in your feed. Build a community of students whose insights you find valuable.

You follow a **person**, not an individual study, plan, or playlist. Following someone is what brings everything they make public into your feed.

## Follow someone

<Steps>
  <Step title="Find their profile">
    Tap a user's name or avatar anywhere in the app (feed, note detail, discover screen) to open their public profile.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Tap Follow">
    Tap the **Follow** button on their profile. What they make public from then on appears in your feed.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Discover new people to follow

Open **Discover** to browse beyond the people you already follow. It is organised into sections — featured creators, trending topics, new studies, and new and trending reading plans — and each section has a **See all**. You can also browse by category: studies, plans, creators, or `#hashtags`.

## Manage who you follow

Go to your **Profile** and tap **Following** to see everyone you follow. Tap **Unfollow** next to any name to stop seeing their content in your feed.

## Your followers

Tap **Followers** on your profile to see who follows you. You'll also receive a notification when someone new follows you.

## Creator Dashboard

Open your own profile and tap the chart icon in the header to see how your public work is doing:

* Your follower count
* Total likes across your studies
* Total enrollments across your reading plans
* Each study, ordered by likes
* Each reading plan, ordered by enrollments

The dashboard is on your own profile only — you cannot see anyone else's.

## Blocking

Blocking removes any follow between two people, in both directions, and unblocking does not restore it. See [Reporting & Blocking](/features/reporting-and-blocking).
